Fare specific rules
1. Please check fare specific rules, by click on the “Fare Rules“ section during the reservation.
Please note - for “economy restricted“ tickets normally no changes and no refunds is possible.
2. Flights must be used in the order set out in your itinerary – eg a failure to use the outbound
flight or first stage of a journey could invalidate the rest of the ticket.
3. The costs of any transfers between airports or terminals that you may incur are not included in
ticket price.
4. Passenger shall comply with Government travel requirements, present exit, entry and other
required documents and arrive at airport by time fixed by carrier or, if no time is fixed, early
enough to complete departure procedures. The recommended minimum check-in time is 120
minutes prior to departure for international flights and 90 minutes for domestic flights.
5. In relation to intercontinental flights, some airlines require you to reconfirm your return flight
booking at least 72 hours before travel. Failure to reconfirm your flight booking directly with the
airline may result in cancellation.
6. In relation to the “special requests” options relating to any product ( eg meals, disabled
facilities, child seats etc.) Portal does not guarantee any such requests but will pass these requests
on to the airlines. It is your responsibility to confirm with the airlines whether such special requests
can be fulfilled.
7. In that event if you make any alteration to your booking (including, but not limited to,
cancellations, refunds, amendments and name change), administration of the portal reserves the
right to charge you an administration fee of LVL 10.00 per person to cover the administration costs
incurred by web-site. These charges do not include any charges imposed directly by the airlines.
8. You are responsible for all information you provide ( first, second name, departure,arrival dates,
destinations, credit card details ). Please be carefull -administration of the portal reserves the right
to pass on any requests to return money due to mistakes made by system user.
9. The name on the passport must much tha name on the ticket, otherwise you may not be able to
travel.
10. Please note: double bookings may result in automatic cancellation. Even if the ticket has been
issued. It is your responsibility to cancel the excessive reservations.
11. Carrier undertakes to use its best efforts to carry the passenger and baggage with reasonable
dispatch. Times shown in timetables or elsewhere are not guaranteed. Carrier may without notice
substitute alternate carriers or aircraft, and may alter or omit stopping places shown on the ticket
in case of necessity. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Carrier assumes no
